# Support

> How to reach the updown team, and what happens with restricted accounts and mis-sent deposits.

## Sending a message from the app

    Open **Contact us**. The page is headed **Contact Us**, lists the channels above, and ends with a **Send a Message** form.

  <Step title="Check your details">
    **Username** is filled from your account and cannot be edited. **Email** is prefilled and can be changed.

  <Step title="Write your message">
    Type up to **5,000 characters** in **Message**. A counter shows your usage.

    Click **Send Message**. The button reads "Sending…" and then "Message Sent!".

  The form requires a signed-in account. If you cannot sign in, use email or Discord instead.

## What to include

* The **transaction hash** for any deposit or withdrawal question. Deposits and withdrawals are on Robinhood Chain or Polygon and can be checked on their block explorers.
* The **stock and expiry** for an options question, or the **market and window time** for an interval question. Every settled interval window has its own page, reachable from the **Past** dropdown or your activity.

## Mis-sent deposits

Only **USDG on Robinhood Chain** and **USDC on Polygon** are supported. Other tokens or networks may result in permanent loss. There is no automated recovery. Contact support with the transaction hash as soon as possible.

## Restricted accounts

If updown flags an account for suspicious activity, an **Account flagged** notice appears:

> This account has been flagged for suspicious activity and is restricted from trading, deposits, and rewards. Your balance is not affected — you can still withdraw at any time. If you believe this is a mistake, contact us on Discord or by email and we'll take a look.

Withdrawals keep working for restricted accounts.

## Service status

On desktop, the bottom bar shows an **Online** / **Offline** dot that reflects whether the app can reach its servers. During maintenance, a banner across the app reads "We're upgrading the platform — trading and transfers are paused for a few minutes." There is no separate status page.
